DATA STORAGE PERIOD

Your data obtained for the use of the Website or for the conclusion of a contract shall be stored for the duration of the use of the Website or the period necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract. If a contract is concluded, we process personal data until the end of the statute of limitations for potential claims arising from the contract. The personal data we process for marketing purposes and satisfaction surveys will only be processed for the duration of the contract binding us or until you raise a valid objection.

These rights are exercised by sending an appropriate request to the following address: iod@bejot.com.pl, together with data that will enable you to be clearly identified and to handle the request in accordance with the application. Where personal data are necessary for the provision of the service, a request for deletion of such data shall be treated as a declaration of termination of the contract for the provision of the service in question and shall have the effects specified in the Terms and Conditions of the Website.
